Job Description

Join the prestigious Princeton University as a Senior OnBase Developer within the central IT team. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting solutions on the OnBase by Hyland platform, collaborating with a dedicated team and independently to meet campus needs. Responsibilities

  • Enhance OnBase solutions using API, C#, and VBScript to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate OnBase with other applications to streamline processes and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Design and implement solutions within OnBase using native features like Workflow and Unity Forms.
  • Create reports and maintain existing content management solutions for optimal performance.
  • Lead projects from development to production, and collaborate with stakeholders on new module assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with campus users, team members, and partners involved in OnBase solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with 3+ years working on enterprise content management software, preferably OnBase.
  • Proficient in SDLC methodologies, ECM setup, SQL scripting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with OnBase by Hyland and related certifications.
  • Familiarity with ECM administration tools, Service Now, SharePoint, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience in higher education settings preferred.
