Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to join WDC Appliances as part of the WDC Kitchen & Bath Center team in Santa Barbara, CA. As the Showroom Manager, you will oversee business operations, including employee and designer recruitment, sales, order fulfillment, and more. This role involves managing about seven employees and requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to enhance customer base, increase store traffic, and maximize profitability.
  • Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, and mentoring sales staff.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through top-notch service.
  • Manage store administration and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain exceptional store conditions and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyze buying trends, customer preferences, and profits to inform decision-making.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to boost market share.
  • Conduct performance appraisals to identify training needs and establish career paths.
  • Address staff and customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Set a high standard of conduct and performance as a role model.
  • Perform additional store manager duties as required.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of showroom management experience (Preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and business acumen.
  • Proven track record as a successful retail Store Manager.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Schedule

Full-time role with an 8-hour shift and weekend availability.
