Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of the Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, focusing on various challenges they may face.

Responsibilities

• Offer psychosocial support to patients and their families.
• Provide counseling and guidance on adjustment to institutional living, family relationships, and other related issues.
• Assist with discharge planning and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree and certifications like LBSW/LMSW/LGPC.
• Have 1-3 years of relevant experience in social work.
