Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this PRN role based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families facing various challenges. Your responsibilities will include addressing issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical understanding, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
