As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing a wide range of common challenges. Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients and families.
• Address issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Provide counseling on acceptance of medical diagnoses and end-of-life matters.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
