Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to patients and families.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to address common problems.
- Assist patients in coping with medical diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Offer counseling and support related to end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Licensed Social Worker (LBSW/LMSW/LGPC).
- Strong knowledge of social work theory and practice.
