We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges they may face during their healthcare journey. Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Assist with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.
• Provide counseling on medical procedures, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Strong knowledge and practice in specialized social work fields.
