• Offer counseling on topics like discharge planning and coping with illness.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in social work theory and practice.
