Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this PRN (as-needed) position at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical issues, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

  • Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
