Social Worker PRN
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Responsibilities include addressing various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
