Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker (PRN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide vital clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a range of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address common problems faced by patients and families.
• Offer counseling and support related to various challenges.
• Assist with discharge planning and end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
• Strong knowledge of social work theory and practice.
