Job Description

We are looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various challenges they may face. This position requires working knowledge of specialized fields and 1-3 years of experience in social work.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address common problems related to adjustment, family relationships, aging, discharge planning, and counseling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
