SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Social Worker to join our team on a PRN basis at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, families, and residents, addressing various challenges and concerns. This includes supporting individuals in adjusting to institutional living, addressing financial issues, navigating family relationships, and providing counseling on topics like discharge planning and end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
