Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of our allied health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing a range of common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Handle a variety of issues including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.
• Assist with discharge planning and provide support for families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
