Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address issues related to adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Counsel patients/residents and families on topics like aging, discharge planning, and death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience.
• Licensed as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
• Strong knowledge of social work theory and practice.
