Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a PRN Social Worker based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial assessments and clinical social work services to patients and families.
- Assist with issues related to adjustment to institutional living and family relationships.
- Offer counseling on medical procedures, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
