Job Description

We are hiring a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a valued member of our Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a range of common issues. This includes assisting with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to end-of-life care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
