Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.

• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
