Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall store operations. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
