Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.

• Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
