Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide a great shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members and management.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and assist in store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
