Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized store environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
