Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and clean to offer customers a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandise products, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and assist in inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
