Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly while ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers, collaborating with team members, and communicating effectively with the management team.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and report any issues promptly.
• Operate cash register efficiently, adhere to cash policies, and maintain the security of documents and data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate equipment safely and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a plus.
