Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with state and local regulations for alcohol sales (if applicable).
