Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized store displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and maintain store security
• Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure accuracy
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
