Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a neat and clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
