Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Role Overview

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts as required
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
