Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
