Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating effectively with your team members.

Position Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior experience in retail is advantageous.
