Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Stock shelves and keep merchandise displays neat and orderly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to handle physical demands of the role.
