Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and cash handling
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
