Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Contribute to inventory counts, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with prior retail experience.
