Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains high standards of merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleanliness, providing exceptional customer service throughout.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat shelving of products.
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain data security.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working in a team or independently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
