Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member, responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store to enhance the customer shopping experience. As part of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
