Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
