Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with the ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently, safely handle equipment, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
