Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
