Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with fellow team members to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures to maintain security.
• Comply with company policies, uphold confidentiality, and perform assigned tasks diligently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and follow company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
