Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold ALDI's high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
