Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Give feedback to management on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
