Job Description
We are looking for passionate Foodies to join our team at Whole Foods Market as Storewide Team Members. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the highest quality ingredients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available across a variety of departments, catering to different schedules and interests.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to customer service, stocking, and sanitation in assigned department(s).
- Follow department procedures for product preparation, storage, rotation, and stocking.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive company image at all times.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked work environment.
- Maximize sales potential through effective merchandising procedures.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- No prior retail experience required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for natural foods and the mission of Whole Foods Market.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required motions.
