Job Description
RMP is looking for a dedicated Elementary School Teacher specializing in Lower Elementary (K-2nd grade). As part of our innovative public charter school network in the Greater Denver Area, you will play a crucial role in shaping students' academic and personal lives through our culture of Rigor and Love.
Responsibilities
- Implement data-driven curriculum to drive scholar growth and proficiency.

- Ensure all students receive appropriate content and academic support.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree.
- Colorado teaching license or equivalent.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Minimum two years of lead teaching experience.
- Experience with progress monitoring and data analysis.
Salary
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 to $94,800 depending on experience and education level.
