Job Description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Lead Teachers to join our Threes preschool programs at Georgetown Hill Early School. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include implementing age-appropriate curriculum, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students, fostering positive relationships, and creating a supportive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver creative and engaging lesson plans for preschool children.
  • Supervise and support the physical, social-emotional, and developmental needs of each child.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills within the classroom team, with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe, consistent, and positive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field + credentials as specified.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of child development principles.
  • Knowledge of MSDE regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
