Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join the team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for accurately completing financial transactions, opening accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying financial solutions that meet customer needs. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various financial transactions, inquiries, and account openings.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Meet sales and referral goals to contribute to branch success.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to cross-sell bank products.
