Job Description

Ethos Veterinary Health, a premier veterinary group in Grayslake, IL, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to join their Emergency and Critical Care Department. The primary role involves triaging and providing care for patients in the department, ensuring exceptional treatment for both clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Triaging incoming patients and managing client interactions throughout their visit.
• Partnering with DVM's in patient assessment, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures.
• Completing patient treatments promptly during scheduled times.
• Assessing hospitalized patients and assisting with department flow and organization.

Qualifications

• General nursing care and treatment experience.
• Experience in administering and monitoring anesthesia.
• Client communication and education skills.
• Certification or licensing as a veterinary technician preferred.
