Primary Objective & Scope of Position:
This role involves storing, moving, and distributing products efficiently. As a Warehouse Associate, you will lead by example, provide training, and ensure accurate merchandise movement.
Responsibilities:
- Condense merchandise for space efficiency.
- Move merchandise within the warehouse and to/from the show floor.
- Use the POS system to manage inventory.
- Ensure accurate customer orders and records.
- Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders.
- Provide training to other employees.
- Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and keep management informed.
- Adhere to safety policies and practices.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of tools, hardware components, and product assembly.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- POS system knowledge is desirable.
