Primary Objective & Scope of Position
- Perform duties related to storing, moving, and distributing products.
- Lead by example and provide training to colleagues.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities
- Efficiently move merchandise to optimize space within the warehouse.
- Handle product movement from storage to show floor and for delivery or shipment.
- Utilize point of sale (POS) system for inventory management.
- Ensure accuracy in customer orders and system records.
Training: Lead by example and provide training to fellow employees.
Customer Service: Maintain professional communication with customers, colleagues, and vendors. Resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and company rules. Safely handle equipment and merchandise to prevent damage.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; basic math skills.
- Knowledge of tools, hardware components, and product assembly.
- Valid driver's license and basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
