Join ALDI as a Warehouse Operations Intern in our Oak Creek Warehouse! This full-time, 10-week program offers invaluable real-world experience in one of America's fastest-growing grocery retailers. Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity post-graduation. As an intern, you will collaborate with warehouse staff, learn operational processes, assist with training, and contribute to initiatives enhancing warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and leadership practices.
• Assist with inventory control tasks and problem-solving initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on operational areas to ALDI executives.
• Collaborate with team members to develop knowledge and skills.
• Maintain professionalism, attend trainings, and adhere to company guidelines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Physical capability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
