Job Description

We are looking for Warehouse Team Members to join our team at Slumberland Furniture. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandise movement, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize merchandise for space efficiency.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise with precision and care.
• Utilize the point of sale system to manage inventory flow.
• Provide training to team members.
• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to safety policies and practices.
• Perform building maintenance and assist with lighting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards).
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of tools, hardware components, and product assembly.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with POS system desirable.
